The work includes, but is not limited to: earthwork, backfill, demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, carpentry, insulation, roofing system, caulking, doors, and frames, finish hardware, acoustical ceiling, resilient tile flooring, vinly wall coverings, access flooring, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, nad electrical demolition and installation.
